Boxing, also known as the sweet science, utilizes punches, footwork and body movement in a combative form using gloves.


in this class you will learn the true form of all techniques of boxing including defense strategies like bobbing and weaving, slipping and evading punches.


The team is often paired up to work drills with gloves and mitts and burnout conditioning drills are performed on heavybags.
